2 Year Travellty Protection Plan

This protection plan can only be used when purchased along with your order; it cannot be used with luggage purchased in the past or from other stores.

What does the protection plan cover?

• Damage to the luggage - We will repair or replace your suitcase with a new or open-box suitcase in case of accidental damage at our discretion, excluding damage caused by transportation carriers (Airlines, Railroad, etc.) that are insured against such damages; we will cover the parts, labor, and delivery of the replacement.

• Wheel breakage - We will provide replacement wheel assemblies as needed (even if the transportation carrier caused the breakage); in cases where the wheel cannot be replaced, we will provide a new or open box replacement suitcase; if a specific suitcase is out of stock, an equal or higher value suitcase will be provided.
