If you decide that your Travellty product isn't for you, you can return or exchange it any time within 30 days of your purchase. Fill out the form  by clicking here, and we'll take care of the rest.

Our policy does not apply if the usability is restricted by improper use, faulty operation, or externally occurring forces (particularly flight or transport damage, e.g. deformation, cracks, body breakages, scratches, wear etc.). We recommend inspecting your product immediately after retrieval from transport handling and immediately reporting any damage to the carrier who is insured against this.

We offer discounted shipping returns on luggage and free returns on everything else. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that all returns must be shipped in a box, so we recommend holding on to your original packaging through the trial period. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 2-5 business days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

If your product was delivered more than three business days ago and you didn't receive an email about your refund yet, check your bank account or credit card; it might be already there. If you did receive the email but not the refund, wait 3-5 business days and then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you went thru all the steps and didn't receive a refund, write to or fill our contact form

We can replace items if you buy them by mistake or change your mind. To exchange your product, send us an email at or fill the

contact form.
The 30-day trial period does not start over if you exchange your item. If you end up returning your exchange order, you'll only have the remainder of your original 30-day trial to do so.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned. All final sale items are yours to keep.

Excluding returns for product defects, we offer discounted return labels on luggage and free shipping on everything else to return your product during the 30-day trial. After the trial ends, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, so if you initially selected expedited shipping or any other shipping service besides our included free shipping for your order, you will only be refunded the cost of the item(s) you return.
